Creating a new vibrant Arts and Performance Centre in the heart of the city. Serves the active and passive recreational needs of the residents.

Millennium Park, Chicago

NaMo Grand Central Park spread across 20 acres is as significant and expressive as the Millennium Park in USA (24.5 acres)

A planned division of 45% open space and 40% green space is maintained.

Envisioned to create a new Vibrant Arts and Performance Centre in the heart of the city.

Designed to achieve a ‘Landmark Status’.

Inspired from the vast array of acitivities in Zabeel Park, the NaMo Grand Central Park is proposed to be a family destination with a host of amenities and activities for family and friends.

Integrated sustainability in its design to create areas for water percolation & recharge as well as make the lake as rainwater collection zone.
