The Park is a public park for the use of visitors thereto, within the operating hours of the Park subject to terms and conditions of its use to be laid down from time to time by AREPL. All information/suggestions received from visitors on the Website and/or in course of online interactions with such visitors and vise versa all information transmitted/shared by AREPL to such visitors, shall be kept private and confidential by such visitors and AREPL in accordance with the applicable laws of India.
